Cancellation and No-Show Policy Deposit equal to 100% of reservation value is required to guarantee booking. Cancellation less than 30 days in advance or no-show will result in charges equal to 1 full night. All refunds are subject to a deduction of 10% of the original deposit for taxes and processing fees. Phi Phi ViewPoint Resort does not refund booking deposits, but reservation periods can be changed if equivalent room rates are available for the newly desired period. To make changes in your reservation, please contact us at least 30 days prior to your initial check-in date. You will be informed of the status of your reservation within 24 hours of a change.
